"My name is Shyanne Orvis and I’m a fly fishing guide in the Roaring Fork Valley of Colorado. In the summer months, I spend the majority of my days on the river sharing my passion with others. The remainder of the year is spent hosting fishing trips globally, serving as a council member for the Colorado wildlife council and volunteering for various ladies fishing events and kids programs. 

I spent the majority of my childhood chasing salmon and steelhead with my parents in northern Michigan. Their passion for fishing was contagious and formed many of my childhood memories. It wasn't until I was 18, That I decided to move to Colorado and ultimately dove head first into all things fly fishing and chasing trout. I’ve been so fortunate to create a life around what I love and for all the mentors who have supported my career along the way."
