This custom design allows you to install, lock/unlock, and remove the River Quiver from your vehicle at any given time in seconds. The Quick Release mount is fully locking and will work on any crossbar system. These Quick Release Mounts are modified versions of Küat® quick release mounts designed by Küat® for use with their ski and kayak racks.

Finally pulled the trigger and bought a Euro 2-banger with the QR mounts. Awesome! Can't wait to put it to use this season.....only hesitation is, thinking perhaps I should've gotten the 4-banger!
I would like to add a 2nd keyed lock - meaning, replacing the blank on the 2nd mount with a lock that uses the same key. Is that possible? A 2nd lock with a different key would be another option but would prefer matched. please let me know if you sell these locks separately (or should I be checking with Kuat for that?

Quick release mounts
Works great on my bed cover! I use my truck for many different activities and the quick release allows me to rig up or rig down in just a minute or 2. Wish I had bought them sooner!

Quick Release Mount
Changed to the quick release mount on my 4 banger. I was mainly going for a lower profile, but amazed and excited about the rock solid attachment and the looks of the finished installation.

Way easier to get on and off
I finally did it and got a pair for my 2 banger. Install isn’t really that bad. Just go ahead and loosen the strap extra far so it’s easier to get set up the first time. I noticed I had to make sure the latch is pushed up (open) all the way to get the quick release strap to connect properly. I do like the lower profile and the easy on and off ability. Plus a lock backs it all up.

Very Convenient
Yes, they are expensive but they are exceptionally convenient, easy to use, -and lockable with multiple keys. If you are familiar with Kuat products, you know their attention to detail, quality, and reliability. This product is no exception and the collaboration between the two brands is well executed.
