Return Policy

RIVERSMITH return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as gift cards, promotional products, scratch and dent discounted products or clearance items.

If returns coverage was purchased at time of checkout return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Holiday Restocking Fee Policy

Due to increased return volume during the holiday season, Riversmith will apply a flat restocking fee to all returned River Quiver and Convoy products.


The Riversmith restocking fee applies to orders placed between Nov. 1st, 2025, and Dec. 31st, 2025.


Restocking fees will only apply to orders without REDO Package Protection.
*REDO is strongly recommended for all Rod Carrier Purchases.By deselecting, you're liable for return shipping and package loss or damage.

River Quiver Returns
A $50 restocking fee applies to River Quiver returns.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and are subject to inspection upon arrival at our receiving facility.

If the River Quiver appears used or shows signs of use or damage (excluding damage caused during shipping), a partial refund may be issued at Riversmith’s discretion.


Convoy Returns
A $25 restocking fee applies to Convoy product returns.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and are subject to inspection upon arrival at our receiving facility.


If the Convoy product appears used or shows signs of use or damage (excluding damage caused during shipping), a partial refund may be issued at Riversmith’s discretion.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We always replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item is defective or damaged send us an email at info@riversmith.com to make a warranty claim. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
