Email gives us the time to give you a thorough, accurate answer, and gives you a written record of the conversation. For anything involving an order, warranty, or technical question, email is genuinely the faster option.

We are available by phone on weekdays from 9am–4pm Mountain Time.

A honest note about our phone line: Riversmith is a small team of anglers. When we are on the floor building and shipping River Quivers, we cannot always answer the phone. When we are with another customer, we cannot take a new call. If you reach voicemail, please leave your name, a short description of your question, and the best time to reach you — we will call you back as soon as we can. For faster service, email is the better choice.

Riversmith is closed on weekends and all Federal and State Holidays.


Local Pickup

Our Boulder location is a working production facility and offices — not a retail showroom. We are genuinely glad to help in person and welcome anyone who wants to stop by, but please keep in mind that we have limited hours and staff, so your patience is appreciated.

Parts, accessories, and Convoy bags and packs are available for purchase at HQ. River Quivers are built by hand upon order and are not stocked for same-day pickup — if you are planning a visit to purchase or pick up a River Quiver, please contact us in advance so we can make sure we have what you need ready.

We are happy to answer questions and help you get set up at pickup.

Please note:

We are not able to perform or assist with installations at our warehouse, and we cannot allow on-site vehicle work. As a small team focused on building and shipping, we don't have the staff or space for install support, and there are liability considerations that prevent us from working on customer vehicles. We are here to guide you through a successful install remotely. If you'd prefer professional installation, visit one of our Authorized Installation Centers.


Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy

At Riversmith, we truly value our customers and appreciate your passion for fly fishing and innovation. We always welcome feedback on our current products and your experience with them. However, company policy does not allow us to accept or consider new product ideas, inventions, designs, or concepts ("Submissions") unless we have specifically asked for them.

This policy helps us avoid any misunderstandings or disputes that could arise if Riversmith develops products or marketing that seem similar to ideas that were submitted to us.

Please do not send any unsolicited product ideas or concepts to Riversmith or any member of our team.

If you choose to send such materials despite this policy, you agree that:

  1. Your Submission and all related content automatically become the property of Riversmith USA, without any obligation or payment to you.
  2. Riversmith may use or share the Submission for any purpose, in any way, without restriction.
  3. Riversmith has no obligation to review or respond to the Submission.
  4. Riversmith has no obligation to keep any Submission confidential.
