Customer steps & requirements:
· Send an inquiry to info@riversmith.com or via the below form with detailed description of rod holder to trade in, along with complete contact info (Shipping address / email / phone #)
· Riversmith will respond to your inquiry within two business days with additional questions if necessary, or approval to proceed along with delivery instructions
· The customer will ship or hand deliver the trade-in rod holder to Riversmith HQ. All shipping costs are on the customer. Riversmith office/HQ hours are 9am-4pm MST.
· Once received, Riversmith will issue a single-use, unique coupon that can be applied to any Riversmith order directly to the customer via email.
Trade-In Value
· Competitors’ commercially available Car Top Rod Carrier / Raft Rod Carrier in fully functional/useable condition (including discontinued models). Previously purchased Riversmith River Quiver or SwiftCast (model swap, damaged from misuse, etc) – 30% off a single riversmith.com purchase.

Additional Terms
Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. The customer is responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping costs. Riversmith is not responsible for any Trade-Ins lost or damaged in transit.
