Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
Every River Quiver is hand built to order by our team in Boulder, Colorado. We do not stock pre-boxed inventory. Your Quiver is built when you order it, by people who fish and who care how it performs.
That takes time. We would rather take the time to get it right than rush something out the door. You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking once your build is complete and your order is on its way.
Orders that do not include a River Quiver typically ship within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please allow an additional 3–5 business days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will reach out via email or phone.
We strongly recommend adding REDO Package Protection to all orders to ensure coverage in cases of loss, damage, or theft.

Damages
RIVERSMITH is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Why You Need Package Protection with Redo
We offer “peace of mind” package protection at an affordable price, calculated based on your order’s subtotal. This protection covers your package in case it’s lost, stolen, or damaged, giving you full assurance that you’ll get what you paid for. Information for filing a claim with Redo can be found below.
If the Convoy product appears used or shows signs of use or damage (excluding damage caused during shipping), a partial refund may be issued at Riversmith’s discretion.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to situations outside of our control.
All River Quivers ship via UPS or FedEx Ground unless an expedited service is chosen. River Quivers cannot be shipped via USPS or to a PO Box.
Please note that any RIVERSMITH “Free Shipping” promotions apply only to orders delivered within the United States. Additional offers, promotions, or discounts cannot be combined.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Please note that River Quivers cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive an automated Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You may also track your order status at any time using our automated Chat feature at www.riversmith.com.
International Shipping Policy
We can ship internationally! Rates are given at checkout for international shipments. Buyer is responsible for importation and duty costs/fees.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
RIVERSMITH is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
How to File a Package Protection Claim with Redo Package Protection
- Access the Redo Customer Portal: Log in with your email and order number.
- Select “Report an Issue”: You’ll have options for Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or “Other” issues.
- Choose Your Resolution: Depending on your merchant’s policy, you may select your preferred resolution.
- Review and Submit: At the end, you’ll receive a summary with next steps and can log in anytime for updates.
When to File: Claims are eligible up to 30 days from the order date or from the first tracking update, if available.
Coverage Details
Package protection covers losses or damages in transit and includes easy claim filing. Package protection is automatically added at checkout, but you can opt out if you choose.
Note: Package protection does NOT cover expedited shipments arriving late, incorrect addresses, or quality issues.
