Riversmith keys are only issued to registered owners with proof of purchase. If you purchased your Quiver or Mounts from an Authorized Dealer, you can [register your product here] (select the "Register a Product or File a Warranty Claim" option for Quivers purchased at an Authorized Dealer)

For added security, Riversmith randomizes, alternates, and frequently generates new key codes. We do not retain key codes unless they are provided during product registration.

If you did not record your key code during installation and/or did not include it in your registration, we will not be able to retrieve it for a replacement.
