We’ve had two quivers on our truck since they first came out. Now, with the additions of the Short Cut, we have rooftop, lockable carrying captain our Subaru. It works great. Would do it again.

I have a Rio Craft 10’6” raft, so finding a rod vault that would fit was nearly impossible. The River Craft vault was a great solution. It was easy to install, and I really like the modular design.

My only concern is the connection to the frame. It uses three set screws with plastic, and I’ve noticed they can loosen when changing elevation, getting wet, or driving on long gravel roads. I would have preferred a more secure mounting system, such as a Better Mount U Bolt connection.

Overall, I’m happy with the vault and the fit for my raft, but I think the tube mounting hardware could be improved.

Easy installation and very convenient to be able to keep the rods handy where ever you go. Was call the rackman on the river… Learned a lesson that could have been costly. Always lock your reel case even on short distances.

Awesome product and easy in-bed attachment. Can’t wait to use it!

My new go to river bag. It's huge and very well made. A removable bottom to place on the ground when changing shoes like Yakoda's line would put this over the top.

Love my De Young 4 banger River Quiver. There's nothing like pulling up to one of my favorite spots and pulling out a fully rigged rod. Not having to break down my rod every time I move from site to site is a total game changer when it comes to fishing in a tournament or just out finding that new hot spot. The quick release mount makes it so much easier to put the river quiver on and take it off in a matter of minutes. I wish that I had bought it as part of the original set up.

After several years the key lock broke and riversmith sent out a new one immediately. They are great to work with and obviously stand behind their products.

Had an issue with the original coupler that could very well have been user error induced. Hit up the guys at Riversmith with some photos/info and 30 minutes later got a human response informing me they were sending out a fresh piece free of charge. These guys really care about their product, their customers, full integrity, fantastic people making a sweet product they stand behind. Can't recommend enough!

My family bought me a Shortcut 2-Banger for Father's Day. I mounted it upside down hanging from a rack I installed on my truck. I decided to order an extra set of reel box pads to have some additional protection to my reels. They came quickly and allowed me to add additional padding with a little modification to a few pieces. I can't wait to use it when the weather cools down here in North Carolina.

Game changer. Seriously, pulled up to a local headwater, threw my waders and boots on and took two fully rigged setups to the water and started fishing. Just like that. And with the money I’ve invested in fly rods and reels I don’t want them banging around my truck unprotected. The River Quiver is a solid piece of gear and I highly recommend it! Bonus - I bought at Boulder shop and salesman noticed I didn’t need the low profile mounts, refunded$160 on the spot and saved me the aggravation of having wrong mounts.

River Quiver quick release mounts are fantastic. And the customer service is A plus! We had an issue with one of our 4 mounts and got a quick response and speedy remedy ! Great people!!!

I now have four of these and keep three rods rigged and ready to go. I don't have to worry about anything tangling, just slip them into the back of my vehicle and off I go.
For those of us who don't want a roof carrier a must have.

So far so good. Mounted it on my boat and will use it for the first time this week. Hopefully catch some yellowtail 🤙🏻
