I recently purchased the RiverSmith River Quiver 4 Banger, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the customer service.

When I first received the 4 Banger, I followed the installation instructions to a T and had everything installed perfectly. A little later, I purchased a luggage rack that required me to move things around, so I removed the rod vault. When I went to reinstall it, the rod vault had been sitting out in the sun in 100-degree temperatures. The hard rubber had been sitting in that heat, which may have softened it up a bit. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of overtightening the bolt—even though the instructions specifically said not to.

With only about five days before I was leaving for a trip, I reached out to RiverSmith. Their response was outstanding. They immediately overnighted me the replacement part I needed so I could get everything back together before my trip.

That kind of customer service is hard to find.

I’m extremely happy with my River Quiver 4 Banger and will definitely continue buying RiverSmith products. The product is well-designed, and their customer service backs it up.

If you’re considering a River Quiver, I highly recommend it. And if you’re installing one for the first time, do yourself a favor and follow the instructions to a T! 😂 I learned that lesson the hard way the second time around.

I needed extra t slot mounting hardware and Riversmith was on it!

I had a great experience with Riversmith with prompt shipping and delivery.
Installation was intuitive and easy. After broken rods and repairs I decided to spring for it and now get out fishing even more. It’s great to have rods ready to go.

Fits defender 2 door perfectly. Have not actually used yet but off to New Mexico trout in couple weeks. Thx ! Andy

We’ve had two quivers on our truck since they first came out. Now, with the additions of the Short Cut, we have rooftop, lockable carrying captain our Subaru. It works great. Would do it again.

I have a Rio Craft 10’6” raft, so finding a rod vault that would fit was nearly impossible. The River Craft vault was a great solution. It was easy to install, and I really like the modular design.

My only concern is the connection to the frame. It uses three set screws with plastic, and I’ve noticed they can loosen when changing elevation, getting wet, or driving on long gravel roads. I would have preferred a more secure mounting system, such as a Better Mount U Bolt connection.

Overall, I’m happy with the vault and the fit for my raft, but I think the tube mounting hardware could be improved.

Easy installation and very convenient to be able to keep the rods handy where ever you go. Was call the rackman on the river… Learned a lesson that could have been costly. Always lock your reel case even on short distances.

Awesome product and easy in-bed attachment. Can’t wait to use it!

My new go to river bag. It's huge and very well made. A removable bottom to place on the ground when changing shoes like Yakoda's line would put this over the top.

Love my De Young 4 banger River Quiver. There's nothing like pulling up to one of my favorite spots and pulling out a fully rigged rod. Not having to break down my rod every time I move from site to site is a total game changer when it comes to fishing in a tournament or just out finding that new hot spot. The quick release mount makes it so much easier to put the river quiver on and take it off in a matter of minutes. I wish that I had bought it as part of the original set up.

After several years the key lock broke and riversmith sent out a new one immediately. They are great to work with and obviously stand behind their products.
