Replacement Lock

Some scumbag vandalized the lock on my 4-banger River Quiver & stole the one flyrod I had stored in it. Called Riversmith & spoke w/Tyler & he offered to send a replacement lock, at no charge. Learned to not store any rods, long term, which is why all of us who invested in the best flyrod vault on the market, IMAO, to not have to break-down the rods.

My lock wore out and the Riversmith team was on it. Within 15 minutes of my request for help a new lock was in the mail to me. Not only is this the best system on the planet but the customer service is outstanding

I had a damaged lock and was about to head out on a 10 day fishing trip. I called Riversmith and they shipped it to an RV park that we were going to be at in a couple of days. Lock was there when we arrived. I am very pleased with the quality of the lock and much appreciated the great quality service. Thanks

I installed the new lock model, but the door would not close without a slam and it was very hard to re-open, it took two hands and a heavy pull. I tried several options with the washers provided and parts from the old model. I even altered the inside latch to no joy. I switched back to the old design.
