Official Giveaway Rules, Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

The Riversmith Adventure Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Riversmith Inc., located at:

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of Riversmith Inc. and participating sponsor brands are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on February 6, 2026 and ends on March 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit a valid email address through the official Riversmith Adventure Giveaway entry form.

Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person or email address may be disqualified.

No purchase is required to enter.

5. Prize Package

One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:

  • Fly rod from Rise Fishing Co.

  • Reel from Ross Reels

  • Apparel package from RepYourWater

  • Riversmith Travel Pack

  • Riversmith PackOut Bag

  • Sunglasses from Bajio

  • Fly line from Airflo

  • Two (2) fly boxes from Umpqua

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): To be determined.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitutions will be offered except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The selection will be conducted by the Sponsor and/or its representatives using criteria determined by the Sponsor.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The selected winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the Giveaway ending. If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) days, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Data Collection and Use

By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by Riversmith Inc. and its partner brands for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, contacting the winner, and for future marketing communications.

Participants agree that their information may be shared with the participating sponsors of this Giveaway, including but not limited to:

Ross Reels
RepYourWater
Bajio
Airflo
Umpqua

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the instructions provided in such communications.

8. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Riversmith Inc. the right to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Riversmith Inc. and all participating sponsor brands from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.

11. Disputes

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

12. Privacy

All personal information collected will be used in accordance with Riversmith Inc.’s Privacy Policy and these Terms & Conditions.
