Riversmith Limited Lifetime Warranty

Riversmith takes pride in the products we manufacture and warrants that all* new, first-quality products are free from defects in workmanship. Subject to the conditions outlined below, the Riversmith Limited Lifetime Warranty applies for the lifetime of the product while it remains in the possession of the original purchaser.

The following conditions must be met for warranty coverage to apply:

• The product must have been purchased directly from Riversmith.com or from an authorized Riversmith dealer.
  
  
• The original purchaser must be able to provide valid proof of purchase from the authorized point of sale.
  
  
• The product must have been installed, used, and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided in the official Riversmith installation guide.
  
  
• All replacement parts or upgrades must consist solely of Riversmith-manufactured components and fasteners, obtained through Riversmith or an authorized Riversmith dealer

If a defect in functionality (non-cosmetic damage**) occurs during intended use (as outlined in the installation guide), Riversmith will replace, refund, or partially refund the defective product or part at our discretion. This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by misuse, overloading, modification, improper assembly, or the use of aftermarket hardware. Cosmetic damage**, loss, theft, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time are not covered under warranty. If damage or defects are deemed outside the scope of this warranty, replacement parts are available via riversmith.com 

* “Scratch and dent” items, as well as any product modified from its original size, color, or design—including custom lengths or finishes—are only covered under warranty for functional issues. Cosmetic defects or changes due to customization are not covered.

** “Cosmetic damage” refers to, but is not limited to, dents and scratches, paint deterioration, and any other external damage.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES—WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT, OR ANY STRICT LIABILITY THEORY—WILL RIVERSMITH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO NON-RIVERSMITH PRODUCTS USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH OR STORED WITHIN RIVERSMITH PRODUCTS.

This warranty is available only in the United States. No Riversmith reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
