The bag looks great! I was honestly surprised at how comfortable it was. The organizational pockets on the underside of the lid were a great addition too. The zippers are solid and look like they will last. That's always been an issue of mine. I've bought so many backpacks over the years, both for work as a fisheries professional and for backpacking and hiking in my leisure. Even some of the most popular brand name products have cheap zippers. Good work.

Great gear duffle for anything! I use mine as a range bag that can stay in the bed of the truck on dirt roads and in bad weather. I really like the option of the back pack straps to make it easy to carry when it's full of gear. Good job!

I just received the 45L Convoy "Duffel" and I'm completely amazed.
At first glance, this piece is sturdy- made with reliable, tough materials that seemingly will withstand airports, sketchy shuttles, boat taxis and more. I really can't wait to give it a patina that can only be obtained through extensive travel.
Diving into the bag, I'm mentally splitting the time spent using it between summer float trips on the Upper Delaware (used as a boat bag), the Salmon River, NY (primarily used as a waterproof walk/wade guide bag), and thirdly as a travel carry-on to destinations yet to be decided! I usually try to avoid checking reels, fishing tools, and fly boxes- the things I'll need within a few hours of landing or arriving at travelled-to locations...
The potential seems endless- and I'm just getting started!
I look forward to putting it through the rigors of guiding and nearly daily use - and by the looks of it, the Convoy "Duffel" will be me for years to come!
