We aimed to create a revolutionary product for keeping gear dry in wet and harsh environments. Traditional waterproof gear often feels heavy and bulky, which we found impractical. Our goal was to develop a lightweight, waterproof duffel bag that can withstand tough conditions when it matters most.

Introducing the Convoy Duffel: a backpack duffel bag that is water-resistant on the outside, with a waterproof membrane and roll-top feature inside. When you need to protect your gear, simply engage the roll top, and voilà—you have a waterproof Duffel.

One of the added benefits of this design is the ability to separate dry and wet gear within the roll-top compartment. This approach allows for several advantages over other waterproof duffels: it’s about half the weight, can carry wet and dry items simultaneously, and boasts a sleek look suitable for both wet and dry environments.

Great gear duffle for anything! I use mine as a range bag that can stay in the bed of the truck on dirt roads and in bad weather. I really like the option of the back pack straps to make it easy to carry when it's full of gear. Good job!

Duffel Is An Understatement

I just received the 45L Convoy "Duffel" and I'm completely amazed.
At first glance, this piece is sturdy- made with reliable, tough materials that seemingly will withstand airports, sketchy shuttles, boat taxis and more. I really can't wait to give it a patina that can only be obtained through extensive travel.
Diving into the bag, I'm mentally splitting the time spent using it between summer float trips on the Upper Delaware (used as a boat bag), the Salmon River, NY (primarily used as a waterproof walk/wade guide bag), and thirdly as a travel carry-on to destinations yet to be decided! I usually try to avoid checking reels, fishing tools, and fly boxes- the things I'll need within a few hours of landing or arriving at travelled-to locations...
The potential seems endless- and I'm just getting started!
I look forward to putting it through the rigors of guiding and nearly daily use - and by the looks of it, the Convoy "Duffel" will be me for years to come!

HOLY smokes...

I wrote into the main office with a lot more expletives about my excitement for this thing... but It's the last bag I'll ever buy... I totally underestimated the quality of these materials. Its so sturdy and the stitching, straps and zippers are the best Ive ever seen on a commercial product... I am the happiest customer for life..
