For added security, Riversmith randomizes, alternates, and frequently generates new key codes. We do not retain key codes unless they are provided during product registration.

If you did not record your key code during installation and/or did not include it in your registration, we will not be able to retrieve it for a replacement.

Their customer service team is very helpful.

I ordered these keys and then also some extra parts, which the postal service (which used to do a good job with my mail) managed to lose in the mail. The Riversmith customer service folks have been great about helping me get this all straightened out. The keys work as they should, btw.
